I would like to say a huge thank you to David and his team for the incredible tweed stool I had them make for me. The communication from them was brilliant and I was kept informed with everything that was happening along the way. The workmanship and quality are to an exceptional standard and I'm so pleased with it in my new house. Also living in the Orkney Isles wasn't an issue for shipping and it arrived in perfect condition and very safely packaged with plenty of protection. Growing up in Lincoln I have passed the GHShaw shop many times. And what a surprise the shop is, it is like an Aladdin's cave! I found the sofas I liked and David then talked me through the fabric choices, benefits of filling, base springs etc. There was no pressure to buy. Good old fashioned service is something you rarely get these days. They weren't out of my price range and in fact were very competitive. If you want something you are going to love that will last, this is the place to come! I was kept up to date with my order and delivery. The gentlemen that delivered it were charming, polite and most importantly careful with my new sofas and new carpets. They really finished off the whole experience by plumping up and arranging all the cushion before they left.... fabulous !

Just wanted to say how fabulous you have all been - both for our recent purchase of our new sofa which you very kindly delivered and also for the help and support you gave when we needed the cushions on our leather chairs re-filling. We bought the leather chairs 10 years ago from yourselves and now with our 'newly filled cushions' the chairs look like new once more and so comfy! We have visited your shop and purchased many items over the last 15+ years and without doubt the quality of the products have been second to none. The most lovely thing is the service and welcome we receive each, and every time, we have contact with you - it's so refreshing and appreciated to have face to face support and expertise.

GHShaw has given me a welcome change to high street furniture shopping for many years. The service and attention to detail from David and his team has been second to none. The product selection is excellent within the shop and includes everything from high quality carpets to traditional dining room sets to modern accessories. David has endeavoured to source and create bespoke furniture when requested and I have always been impressed with the quality and value for money that has been offered. Having moved to Lincoln just over 10 years ago we discovered GHShaw on the old High Street in Lincoln. We were absolutely amazed and delighted at the exquisite quality and tremendous range. The majority of our furniture has been supplied by GHShaw. Their interior design service is excellent, they are helpful, patient whilst we explored many ideas and came out to the house to measure and advise. Nothing is ever too much trouble! We love to pop into to see David and his team, just to see what new items they have and get ideas, and we always get a wonderful welcome and a cup of tea.
